The finished bathroom

Here are some images of the bathroom I have been decorating over summer I thought you would all like to see the before and after :) x x x

I've gone from pine wood and yellow to grays black and silver with a glam edgy look with bling and skulls all the pine wood was just re painted and had new handles put on the cabinet and the tiles were just re painted to be pure white and using black scene lent and a black grouting pen.

From the pictures below you can see in more detail what I've done including adding glass black shelves a dimantay candle holder on the wall and a new dimantay light pull and toilet roll holder and towel rail. I've also added my own stick on gems in different sizes on a plain gloss black toilet seat and on the black leather storage tub as I saw theese the same with them already on at a much higher price so I just did them myself a lot cheaper. 

Candle holder on the wall with gems in the bottom of the holder mixed with smelly pearly so that there's a nice scent even with out the candles been lit.

A re painted bath saround just sanded down and painted in silk black with the inner coving in silver gives it that little bit of something extra. 

I definitely feel like this has happened

I definitely feel like this has happens just like it feels ever year but it just goes quicker and quicker each year :/ but if you think about it properly you probably have done things, small thing but still things like tried something new, been somewhere, finished something you have actually probably done lots! X x x

Stylish light switches

How to get some stylish light switch surrounds just using cheap dollar/pound shop mini photo frames.

You could pick any style frame you want I went with this style just because its my fave style but you could pick any and if its not in the colour you want just paint it to match luckily for me I found a few colours in this style that I wanted to use without painting, when I've broken off the back holder things and taken the glass and back out its done and you just blue tack (for a less permanent fixture) or glue for a more permanent one and done so simple. 

Wallpaper style

Wall paper style I like at the min in gray colours and black & white thrones above are the ones I'm using for backs of frames and shelves in my room so my walls just not a plain white block it will have a bit of pattern. all the ones above are from willkos and are around £8.00 a roll but if you just want a bit do what I did and take some sample bits ( remember you need the full pattern ;) ) gets you more that way. The first one is perfect for lining draws looks so expensive and really finishes the pice off. 

Push pin canvas x

Here I'm showing you something I've done using push pins and a canvas you could do this with any size canvas using the normal base or with a background like I used leather and do what ever you want to do in push pins. My letter is in a fancy font and is supposed to like like the letter L lol here are some other ideas like this you could do . . . 

Decorative cork boards x x x

Here I have taken some pictures of how I made my decorative cork boards this can be used as art pieces or to make your old everyday original cork board into something a bit more different and more of a one off to make it look more costly. 

To start with you will need your cork board I bought some especially for my wall and I did not want your everyday square or rectangle board so I got some round ones that are actually to put your hot pans on but they were cheap enough and do the job just the same.   

I then just put masking tape in lines to make it quite modern with the colours of my room but you could use stencils or do patterns or even free hand it's completely up to you, I made mine so there like half triangle shapes from how I lined the tape.
